We Provide A Wide Range Of Services
What We Treat?
Back, neck & shoulder pain
Post op rehab
A clinical approach to helping you regain functional capacity after injury, and get back to the life you were meant to live. The Holistic physiotherapist is equipped with the skills, tools and expertise to not only promote injury healing and pain reduction, but to identify other underlying physical impairments—including weakness, flexibility and joint stiffness, to name a few—that might require a more individualised treatment plan to direct the path to recovery.
Strength & Conditioning
A form of exercise which emphasises on building the strength, size and endurance of the skeletal muscles. To undergo strength and conditioning training, one has to use resistance to muscular contraction to achieve the desired results and while there are several different methods of doing these exercises, the most common of these is the use of elastic or hydraulic forces, to counter oppose contraction of the muscles.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise form focusing on strength, flexibility and stamina. A regular Pilates practice can lead to proper postural alignment, improve core strength, and correct muscular imbalances. Due to its cross-discipline application, individuals who practice Pilates have reduced risk of injury when engaging in other activities, sports and exercise forms. In clinical pilates, we look at the body's directional preference to identify the most appropriate exercises to begin with to strengthen the core.
The primary aim is to relieve muscle pain and cramping, but it may also help to improve a person's flexibility. The needle helps release the knot and relieve any muscle pain or spasms. The needles will remain in your skin for a short period of time.
Amino Neuro Frequency (ANF) Therapy is a revolutionary holistic approach to pain and inflammation.
Based on the ANF Therapy framework, we examine the body following the nerve paths and focus on finding the root cause of the patient's problem. According to the findings and related diagnosis, we apply our unique medical device, the ANF discs, in order to reduce pain, remove inflammation and prevent it from spreading via the nervous & lymphatic systems. It uses a combination of frequency-emitting wearable devices, the ANF Discs. Each disc is applied directly on the skin and activated by body heat. They transmit a unique range of frequencies through the neurons in the body. The nervous system picks up these frequencies, starting a self-healing and self-regulating process. By improving the nervous system signaling directly at the cellular level, the effect of the treatment is much faster and has remarkable durable results. The ANF Therapy does not require the use of any drugs or chemicals.
Massage therapy is widely recognized as a beneficial adjunct to physiotherapy. As a modality, it involves hands-on manipulation of soft tissue which promotes healing, enhances muscle release, improves local circulation, and reduces stress. Addressing these factors along with your physiotherapy program may help your body to rehab more efficiently, alleviate pain, and promote general well-being. As a non-invasive treatment, massage therapy can be an alternative to pharmacologic pain relief, and can help you to improve function and better execute your exercises.
The massage techniques include:
i. sports massage (deep tissue)
ii. positional release of tensed muscle
iii. muscle trigger point release
Tape is commonly used by physiotherapists to relieve your pain by de-loading vulnerable or painful structures, improve joint stability, reduce injury recurrence, stabilise or support an injury.
